Getting here

  • We’re located at 5213 Ballard Ave NW
  • It’s accessible by public transportation
  • Parking is street parking only- there are a couple of accessible parking spots nearby including one right out our front door!
  • We don’t serve food, but there are a LOT of great bars/restaurants in the area that are within walking distance.  You’re welcome to bring food inside.

Is the venue ADA Accessible?
  • We have an ADA bathroom and can provide additional ADA accommodations based on your specific need.  
  • There is one step in the venue, but if you’re in a wheelchair or use another mobility device, we can work with you to accommodate your needs.  
  • You do NOT need any official paperwork or classification to request ADA accommodations
  • Please email office at tractortavern dot com prior to the show date with your requests and we’ll work on how we can accommodate your visit
Is there seating?  I can’t stand the whole time
  • Seating is available on first come, first served basis. We just have the bench seating along one wall.  The tables and chairs are moved out when we’ve sold more than 1/2 of our capacity.  (see photo above)
  • We recommend getting here early to secure seating. Most people enter the venue after doors have been opened to the public, but for sold out shows we recommend getting here earlier.  
  • If you would like to request ADA accommodations for seating options, please email leigh at tractortavern dot com prior to the show date
  • We have limited ADA seating and may not be able to accommodate your whole party in order to provide accommodations for folks whose need may be higher.  
When the show is listed as *seated* am I guaranteed a seat?
  • Most *seated* shows offer partial seating options that are available on a first come, first served basis.  *fully seated* shows offer a guaranteed seat.  
I’m not 21 yet.  Can I still come to a show w/ a parent or guardian?  
  • Unfortunately no.  This venue is 21+ unless otherwise noted on the ticket page – no exceptions!
  • If you are an underage performer/crew member, please contact the booking agent at booking at tractortavern dot com
What forms of ID are acceptable?  (aka I lost my ID or left it at home)
  • Everyone who enters must present a valid form of ID to be in our venue.  No exceptions.  Even if you think you look old enough to be all our grandparents, we need your valid ID to grant you entry.
  • The Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board dictates what is acceptable: https://lcb.wa.gov/enforcement/acceptable-identification
    • Please don’t yell at our door staff for enforcing this, they are just doing their job.
  • Photos of your ID or passport on your phone or printed out are NOT ACCEPTED however a print out official state ID temporary licence/ID is acceptable.

Ticketing

Do you have a box office?  How can I avoid ticket fees?
  • We no longer have a box office during the day.  We keep our ticket fees very low to help keep ticket prices affordable.
  • Sign up for our weekly newsletter to get updates on which shows are likely to sell out and follow our socials for Low Ticket Warnings!
Do I have to pick my tickets up before the show?  
  • No, we do will call only.  Your name will be on our will call list when you arrive.  Have your ID ready to show the door person in case it’s LOUD in here!
I bought tickets to a show but can no longer go!  What do I do?
  • We don’t offer refunds except under extenuating purposes.  Those requests need to be sent to Ticketweb for an exception.  
  • You can sell/give tickets to another person 
I’d like to transfer my ticket to another person – how do I do this?
  • You can contact Ticketweb to transfer the name to another person, however it’s much easier if you give the person picking up the tickets the name they were purchased under and the last 4 of the card used. 
  • If you bought multipule tickets but are only selling/giving one away- We cannot change the name on the order.  Just have them give the name + the last 4 to our door person.  
I bought tickets to the wrong event // or prefer a different day for the same artist.  How do I change it?
  • Contact Ticketweb for an exchange/repurchase.  As long as there is availability for the preferred date, that will be approved
I’m not hearing back from Ticketweb.  What do I do?
  •  Send us a note on our socials or email our ticketing manager office at tractortavern dot com
The Show is sold out!  How do I get tickets?
  • Please be wary of scammers. The language the bots use is deceptive and they pay a lot of money to come up first in search results.
  • Our website takes you diretly to Ticketweb, our authorized ticket seller.  Occasionally folks will get their tickets refunded so we may have 1 or 2 that show up as available for sale.
  • You can try to post in the FB event that you’re looking for a ticket.
  • Show up night of!  Politely check in with our door staff and let them know you’re looking for a ticket.  When folks have extras, we can point them out to you.  We’re rooting for you to get in, but we have to manage room capcity to make sure of the saftey of our events.

Lost/Left Items


I left my credit/debit card at the bar!  How can I get it back?
  • We’re open Monday-Friday from 12pm-4pm (except holidays) or any time we have a show.  Ring the bell when you arrive during the day.  If it’s during a show just let our door person know you’re picking up a card.  
Can my friend pick it up?  
  • Yes, just send them a text/email confirming that you allow that person to pick up your card
I left my coat/jacket/other personal item. How do I get it back?
  • We’re open Monday-Friday from 12pm-4pm (except holidays) or any time we have a show.  Ring the bell when you arrive during the day.  If it’s during a show just let our door person know you need to check our lost and found.  
  • Items left for a LONG TIME will be donated
Do you have a coat check?
  • Yes!  We have a coat check area at the main desk.  It’s a CASH TIP per item
  • I don’t have cash….can I still.  Unfortunately no.  Our coat check is run by the staff for tips!  There’s an ATM across the street at Lock & Keel.

Merch

Does the venue take a cut from the artist’s merchandise sales?

  • NO!  Artists get 100% of the money they make from their merchandise sales here at the Tractor!  Please support the artists by buying their merch!!!!!!
